RecoveryDelayCustomDelayCalculatorFunc Property

Gets or sets the custom delay calculator function. Used when the delaytype is 'Custom'. Input is (a, b), where a is the attempt number (so first retry is 1, next is 2 etc.), b is the delayParameter.
