driverID
Type: SystemString
The driver ID.
catalogsToProcess (Optional)
Type: System.Collections.GenericListDBCatalog
if specified, only the catalogs in the list are checked.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
true if all meta-data is new, false otherwise
