Creates a new TypedViewDefinition. It assumes the names passed in are valid.

Name of the group.

Name of the typed view.

Return Value

Type: TypedViewDefinition
The newly created typedview definition instance or null if failed (e.g. denied by a plugin)
Remarks
The newly created typedview isn't yet added to the project
