AdapterExtensionMethodsFetchQueryAsyncTElement Method (IDataAccessAdapter, DynamicQueryTElement, CancellationToken)

Async variant of FetchQueryTElement(IDataAccessAdapter, DynamicQueryTElement). Fetches the query specified and returns the results in a list of TElement objects, which are created using the projectorFunc of the query specified.
