Stored procedure to call. This name has to be setup correctly with the proper schema/catalog name overwrites and catalog/schema/name wrapping characters.

Type: System.Data.CommonDbParameter
array of parameters to specify

Return Value

Type: DbCommand
DbCommand setup for calling the stored procedure, using the parameters specified. No connection nor timeout nor transaction has been setup yet for this DbCommand.
