Produces a .NET type name for the type specified. If generateAsNullableType is set to true
the pattern is used to produce the type string, otherwise the type name is produced using ToString()

StringThis method doesn't do any internal - external type conversion so internal spatial types aren't converted to the right external spatial types. For
that please use GetDotNetTypeAsString() instead.
