Specifies the where clause of the query by appending a predicate which is true for each entity in query which isn't in toExclude.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type EntityQuery<TEntity>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
