UnitOfWorkAddInsertMultiCall Method

Adds a call to collection.InsertMulti(selectQuery) to insert entities directly in the database using the passed in select query The call will be executed inside the transaction used in Commit and will be executed after the last entity has been inserted but before the PostEntityInsert callbacks.
