Writes an optional attribute string. If attributeValue is equal to the default null value specified, no attribute is written.

Type: System.XmlXmlWriter
The writer.
attributeName
Type: SystemString
Name of the attribute.
attributeValue

The attribute value.

Type: SystemString
The attribute value as string.
defaultNullValue
Type: T
The default null value.
