Question: I lost my password to log on to the customer area.

Solution: If you have an LLBLGen Pro Licence, but forgot your password to log on the the Customers' area, please fill in your Customer ID and the email address in our system in the blue box on the right side of the general support page. Your data will then be emailed to you.

I haven't received my license file(s) by Aglaia

Question: I purchased and got a confirmation email, but never received the license file(s)

Solution: The email with the license file(s) is automatically sent immediately after an order is processed. They sometimes get stuck in spam or virus filters though, so please check if it's in there. If you can't find it, please send an email to sales AT llblgen DOT com, preferably with an alternative email address we can try resending it to.

Solution: Licensing is per seat, with the following prices:

Question: What is your upgrade policy? ** Solution:** For our customers, all upgrades are free as long as they have a valid active subscription. When the subscription expires, renewing the subscription will cost €199.= per seat.

Upgrading from v4.x to a v5.x subscription costs €199.= per seat. If you have a v3 license or older you have to pay for a new v5 license which costs €299.= per seat (with volume discounts, see https://www.llblgen.com/pages/buy.aspx)
