Currently I participate in two different companies (bv's) to supply to different products. One of this companies might change owners, but I will continue to work for that company from the single workstation I work from via a management fee.

So the situation:

Company X has 2 licenses (and 2 developers) Company Y has 0 licenses, but it's developed by the developer of Company X who has a license.

How does this work licensing wise? Does the change of ownership change anything in that?

Hi Gabriel,

Licensing is per seat, so as long as you own a valid license, it doesn't matter for which company you work
