Nothing much is required, v.5.x file formats are the same as v.3.x and v.4.x. So copy the project file (to have the original version safe, just in case), and open it in v.5.x.

Just make sure you read the breaking changes and Migrating your code

If you are migrating, why not using the latest v.5.2?

You should have one year of free updates. Please sign in to the Customers section of the website (a Customer Login link exists on the top left corner of www.llblgen.com).

Under MyAccount, menu, you should find all versions available to you.
