Is it possible to execute script not using 3rd party tools, but directly in designer?

Not at the moment. We do have plans for this in the future, but at the moment it's not possible. You can create a task performer which runs the generated .sql file on the database in question when the file is generated (so an additional task in the preset) but that's rather bare bones for this task.
