Hi,

I use the integrated designer 5.1 in Visual Studio 2015 which I like, it works well, thanks. Find in Files is a bit of a pain though as it opens the llblgenproj file and the associated LLBLGen windows when Find In Files is not really used to look for text in the llblgenproj file. It even opens the llblgenproj file if you specify the files types to say "*.xaml" in the Find In Files dialog. Is there anything that can be done to stop the llblgenproj opening when using Find in Visual studio?

Thanks,

Scott

{Edit}meant llblgenproj not lgp file, showing my age..

I can't reproduce it. Could you please provide the steps to reproduce it?

My steps were: 1- Open an existing Solution 2- Add An Existing Item to the Solution (the llblgenproj file) 3- Open the Find in Files and look for "Customer" in "Entire Solution", no specific file extensions.

Search completed without opening the llblgen project file, either inside VS or in the LLBLGen Pro Designer.

Hi,

I see your point. I tried the same as you and it doesn't happen. So its something to do with the solution I have it in I suppose, or Resharper perhaps. I'll have to do some more experimentation but for now I'll close this thread.
